Cannot re-activate BD PROCHOT

For testing purposes, I de-activated BD PROCHOT. The checkbox unticked successfully.
However, ever since, it has been grayed out -- still left unchecked. I cannot re-activate it.

I tried deleting the .ini file, rebooting the PC . . . all that. No change.
Did I irreversibly de-activate BD PROCHOT?
