Can't boot to BIOS with CPU without iGPU

I am using Intel DH61WW. It has issues booting with R9 290 (It won't work)

so far I was using a Pentium G630 with integrated graphics. I disabled Legacy boot to test booting with R9 290 so now Legacy is disabled.

Today I upgraded the CPU to Xeon E3-1230 V2 and plugged an old GT 210 because the Xeon does not have an iGPU.

The problem is that I still get the beeps from the motherboard for "no graphics detected" when I boot, but after a few seconds it boots to Windows 10.
Now when I want to access BIOS it's impossible because it will not detect graphics at the booting sequence. Is it a problem with the motherboard? Maybe a defective BIOS update from the past? Or that's a normal behaviour? And in order to turn legacy boot again and see BIOs I have to change back to Pentium?

It's possible the BIOS is set to initialize the iGPU instead of a graphics card. You may need to clear the BIOS settings (jumper) to set that option back to 'auto'.

Clear CMOS (pull battery out for a bit so everything resets)

Try again

Thank you! Cleared CMOS and everything is working back (UEFI AND Legacy enabled)
The problem of the R9 290 remain though: Can't get the reference R9 290 to work with the DH61WW at version 120... :banghead:
