Can't find Frame Rate Target Control

I am using the new 2020 driver and having trouble finding the FRTC. Warface is causing BSOD in windows 10 because of this. Someebody please tell me where to find it

Its under the Gaming/Global graphics and Radeon Chill option.

Set the min and max to your target FPS. 'I have a 74 fps limit so both min and max is set to that target'
