Can't login to GFE or use ShadowPlay, Nvidia security challenge identity verification email not sent?

Last month GeForce experience required me to log in every time I open it.
It would not remember my login details.
However, after I sent a trouble report... that problem fixed itself after the latest update.
I'm having no trouble now.

Yeah I've had it take at most several minutes before, but never a whole day like this (the email was finally in my box today, but using it to verify didn't work due to the time that had passed).
As far as trouble reports, I've reported problems to them several times, and seen plenty others mention the same problems on their forums, but they'll usually either ignore you or post something vague implying the problem can't be replicated on their end or something. Then when it's finally fixed, they won't admit anything was wrong.

I use DDU like a lot of gamers do, but I'm talking more about their servers going dark every now and then. Hey man, anyone that wants to be connected to Nvidia 24/7, that's your thing, I'm not going to call you out on it. Me, I stay as untouchable as possible on the net, including the use of a VPN. I consider with what's going on in the cyber world anymore, it's cheap and necessary protection.

It seems GFE is still having problems. The reason I was trying to install the newest driver before in the first place was the ShadowPlay status indicator was not showing onscreen like it does sometimes, and when that is the case despite ShadowPlay being turned on, I get no capture file writing when I hit the Instant Replay key.

So I resorted to turning Privacy Control off to see if the status indicator would show on the desktop, and it did, and showed in game too. I captured the segment I wanted to and it checked out fine when I watched it, however when I exited game, the status indicator was no longer showing on the desktop.

Then I went into ShadowPlay and turned Privacy Control back on, then off again, and now it's showing. Nvidia needs to sort this out because this has been another ongoing problem for a LONG time.
