Can't see post screen without iGPU

MOBO ASUS Z790M PLUS D4
PROCESSOR INTEL 12100F
RAM KINGSTON FURY 8+8GB 3200 KF432C16BBK2/16
GPU YESTON RX550 4GB
PSU CORSAIR HX850

The computer wont POST i think, there is no video signal at all. I checked multiple times, all the connections are plugged in properly (the hdmi/vga/DVI is in the gpu).
I tried updating the RX 550 firmware to this one, still no post.
I bought a 12100 with iGPU, this one works works with the z790, h670; and rtx3060 and rx550 so its clearly the processor.
I bought a H670 ATX PLUS D4 which works perfectly with the 12100 but wont show anything with the 12100f.
I updated the H670 bios to this one, still no luck.
I bought a NVIDIA RTX 3060, which works perfectly with the 12100 but wont show anything with the 12100f.
I updated the firmware of the 3060 with this tool, still no luck
The ram sticks are the same they work perfectly with the the 12100 but wont show anything with the 12100f.
The psu is the same works perfectly with the the 12100 but wont show anything with the 12100f.
I tried giving the 12100f to my local electronics shop and he reported it worked perfectly

I FINALLY managed to make it work, the problem is probably the hdmi cable using a newer one solved the issue.
I think its really bad that the vga led turns on and no boot happens when its a problem of a peripheral such as the monitor. Things should not work this way
