Card detection bug

In a multi-card scenario (in this case one GTX 1050 Ti and one GTX 1080) where one card is Windows code 43 (in this case the GTX 1050 Ti) the code 43 card shows information of the working card. Handle checking?

FYI can be replicated by disabling card in device manager.
