I have found , at least 3 models of cases, that have2 reset switch cables, instead of only 1. For what use it is the second one?

Which case models? Can you make a pic?
Maybe you are confusing the second "reset" with chassis intrusion switch, or something else?
In either case it's just a button with two wires, which means you can use it any way you want. For example, as a CLR_CMOS button.

Both cables look same, and same text on them, 'reset', it is some cheap case, next time I will make a photo of the box, I had 3 cases like this, this year, all very cheap, no manual inside of the box/case...

Same type(color and connector)cable used for the power one, sort of a mix. One cable should be blue-white the other yellow-white, with maybe print on connector "power" and "reset".

All cables are present, and works, just that reset one it is doubled, both works as expected...

now you can reset while you reset
