CCC Overdrive utility won't let me overclock

Pretty much all options are shaded out and I have no idea why.

FYI I am running 2xHD6950s unlocked to HD6970's
I am using Asus VE276 and HP vs17 monitors

Last time I overclocked the x850xt's were the "big thing" xD
