CCC vs Radlinker

My computer has this Radlinker program which lets me see the 3D settings and the clock rates and let me oc etc. I also installed CCC but does anyone who's heard of these programs kno if its useful to have both? I kinda like Radlinker better because its lets me OC and i have no idea if the settings i set in CCC overwrite those in Radlinker
Radlinker > CCC??
