Hello everyone.

I think this is the best section for my question, in case it's not, please move to the right place... Here it goes:

I have a very old email address (@hotmail.com) like 20 years old, that email is full of spam, external attacks, etc, and i want to get rid of it and use a new email that i want to create fresh.

My problem here is: I don't want to lose anything from my Xbox Account, is i already have lot's of money invested, and even my Office 2019 key is associated to that email... After doing some research, my best option would be creating a new alias, if i create the new email outside Microsoft Account Panel i won't be able to add it as a new alias correct? This is in general confusing, i'm trying to find my best option here, i want to change all the accounts i have associated to that old email for the new one and etc...

Can you guys help me on this?

Best regards!

Not to be mean or anything but a google search gets results.

Read the manual, use Google, Bing, etc.; don't be lazy. Do some research yourself, if your question can be answered by Google in about 2 seconds you're better off googling.

Hope the link helps.

Change the email address or phone number for your Microsoft account
Follow the steps on this page to change the Microsoft account email address or phone number (also known as your account alias or username) that you use to sign in.
Concerned about your licenses? Don’t worry—if you change your account alias, or remove an alias and then add a new one, all licenses linked to your Microsoft account will remain with your account.
