choosing LED TV display vs Computer moniter

hello all
i confused because i making new pc build and i Currently owned a LG 26 inch LED LCD TV display but it's HD ready 1366x768 , and i see in shop samsung S300L300HL it' LED monitor full HD 24 inch
now what better for gaming ( like battlefield 3 , crysis 3 , CODMW3 ) !?
LG LED LCD has 2.4ms response time , 60hz , 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast 1366x768 resolution
Samsung has 5.0ms response time , 60hz , mega infinite dynamic contrast and static 1000:1 , 1920 x 1080 resolution
it is worth to change , and is there a big difference between 1080p and 768p in gaming !? because only i need best gaming experience
i have GTX 760 VGA card
please help me
