Chromium-based apps overlayed on top of games in borderless window glitches, how could I fix this?

First of all, sorry if this isn't the right place, I just registered on this forum looking for help and I couldn't find a better category than this, as it's a problem with my NVIDIA GPU.

It turns out that if a game is in windowed mode without borders, applications like Discord glitch a lot, not so much in web browsers but still very annoying. Here's a video example of how looks my Discord while playing Bodycam:
One way to forcibly fix it (but only for a few seconds) is to drag the Discord window as you can see.

Is there any way to fix this? I've been having this issue for months and I'm tired of it. I've a 4090 with the latest drivers installed. Any way, I'll leave an screenshot about my rig:

Yeah how does it work in bordered window mode instead of borderless

I tried now setting the game just in window mode, and Discord is completely frozen, I can't even close it from the system tray because the contextual menu doesn't even appear...

Not exactly the fix you want but a workaround until someone has a proper fix, but try toggling Hardware Acceleration. You'll find that in the Advanced tab of your Discord app settings.
