Since yesterday my clipboard in Windows 11 has been acting up I have cleared history for it, activated group policy, checked regedit and activity history they are all enabled but not sure what's going on because if I take a snapshot and press ctrl+c it works if I do it on text it doesn't work

Do anyone have an idea of what's doing on, I have not really been doing much other than uninstalling apps from Microsoft I do not use, disabled telemetry.
I been searching around the internet nothing really comes up so if anyone have a powershell command or something I can try because I would love for a re-installation feature for clipboard but I guess that's not really something
