Hello, I have had an problem with my pc for the last month, I usually had 120-130fps in warzone, but now the game plays on 75 -90 fps max and the game doesnt feel smooth, it feels weird ( i hope you know what i mean) and the cpu even when the game is closed is on 70% in task manager. I have tried a lot of solutions in internet but nothing helped. I dont know what to do. Sorry for my English. Or just my pc is bad :D
Thanks. Adrian.
My PC specs:

Intel Core i5 10600K @ 4.10GHz

your GPU has 8GB of VRAM and not 4. and max textures are easily filling up 12-14GB (it can cause stuttering when it's replacing textures in the already full vram.)

beside that i always recommend to try deleting the whole Cod MW folder under "documents" and start the game afterwards (it will reset your settings but normally the cloud save from battlenet keeps your keybinds)
that fixed a lot of issues for me and others (crashes, refusing to launch, broken settings etc)

I have a Comet Lake build with a Core i5 10600K, but with a GTX 1660 Super, which loves it when I crank that VRAM up! (frequency, with Afterburner!) And 4 GB for the VRAM capacity, doesn't sound right for an RTX 2060 to me! The GTX 1660 Super, has 6 GB.

And, I never even used an OS on it yet! Still sitting around, which I built in early-2021. But, I got the GTX 1660 Super (Zotac) last year and tested it on my daily driver.
