Hey guys, I've been playing CoD:WaW all week, and no problems have been present until now.
Every time I join a server, it takes a minute or two but I crash every time with the error "Unhandled exception caught".

I've heard many places this is a sound issue. which makes sense, because I just joined a server and joined a team. I stood still and waited for something to happen, and then I fired one round from my rifle and the game crashes immediately.

I have no idea what to do I'm so stumped. I disabled voice chat in game, that's not helping I don't think.

sigh..... why now?

Benchmark Scores Nyooom.
thats just a generic game crash. its often a sign of an unstable PC.

Run some generic tests like memtest, OCCT's linpack test or furmark.

you just need to find out if the issue is the GAME, or if its something wrong with the PC.

(and please dont say "but its worked fine til now!" thats the very definition of something breaking)
