Seems like the 2 " Water" are corrupted. Reinstall the game.
 
CRAP found the solution... I had to set windows Audio output to 24bits 48KHz from 24bits 96KHz... weird no...
 
Is your sound card set for studio dvd quality?

It was set to 96KHz before.. changing it back to default (48KHz) did the trick... :D
