Code 43 error & unknown bios for Nvidia RTX 3080Ti

Hello,

I am having a serious issue with my 2 months old Gigabyte Aorus Master RTX 3080 Ti GPU.

I have been using this GPU for past 2 months and somehow it stopped working. When I check GPUZ info, I see that Bios version is unknown (pls. see the picture below).

in addition to this, device manager throws code 43 error for this GPU:

In order to fix the issue, I downloaded the suitable bios from techpowerup.com and flashed using steps below. It successfully flashed but flashing did not fix the problem:

This GPU has dual bios, I event tried to change the bios using the tiny switch on the GPU but it did not help. I visited several forums and already spent many hours to fix bios issue on this expensive GPU but no luck at all. Please help me to resolve this stubborn problem.

If it's 2 months old return it under warranty.
By the way the issue is a Code 43, not "unknown Bios"

I just provided you 3 files to flash and the video to do it, so get to it or send the card back, your choice.

Don't waste my time.
