My friend has a computer and when he starts it up it sits at the Compaq screen...I tried Sys Restore nothing happens...When we push other keys it just says "Loading ____" and never loads it up...theres no disk in the computer is there anything we can do?

Any beep codes during start up? Everything is properly seated? CMOS resetted just in case?
