Compatible vbios?

Any tips on how to know which vbios are compatible or not?
I specifically have this card below, and am looking for if there's a better vbios for it:

AMD s7000 (Sky 500) VBIOS

4 GB GDDR5, 950 MHz GPU, 1200 MHz Memory

Such as, does the vbios ram size need to match up, etc?

What is wrong with it?

"Looking for if there's a better vbios for it" is no reason to flash it, if it works it works.

Hello.
As @P4-630 said , no need to write(flash) you video card bios.
It is not as for mainboards.
You flash your video card ONLY if your card's BIOS was altered.

Flashing is not recommended, but if there is a reason to, you could. You have to match vendor, model, submodel, VRAM speed and manufacturer, and GPU die.
