Computer fans making a clicking noise.

that honestly sounds like pump noise from the AIO tbf.

All pumps make noises every now and again. Just make sure youve mounted it correctly and monitor your temps with apps like HWmonitor or Coretemp etc etc.

Another thing you could do just to be sure is load into your bios or windows. Let it idle and just unplug all the fans you have hooked. Thats one way to isolate where the noise is coming from but im 100% certain that its pump noise.
 
It's a pretty loud noise, and very hard to ignore, even when watching a video you hear the sound very audibly.
 
Can you still hear it if you put the side panel of your case back on?
 
Before you do anything else i would do what i suggested and run your system with all the fans unplugged. If it turns out that it is the pump making the noise then you can either RMA it or replace it with an air cooler of your choice.

Air cooler = no more pump noise

I was using AIOs for well over 6 years Started out with an Antec 920 back when CPUs like the 2500k were released and ended with a Corsair H105. I couldnt believe how quiet my PC was with a Dark Rock Pro 4.

Anyway. if you do as i suggested. you'll know exactly if its your AIO or your fans and which one needs replacing

Turn your PC off and unplug the fans and boot in to windows like you normally would.

Take both side panels off your case and trace the fans back to the fan headers on the board that look like this:

White with 3 or 4 metal prongs sticking out of it. Sometimes they arent white but black.

depending on your set up, you may need to remove your graphics card to get to one of them. You should also be able to get the model number of your board and download a manual for it and that will tell you pretty much everything about the board you'll need to know for a lot of things.

If you dont have any confidence about attempting any of this then the only answer is to take it in to your nearest repair shop and have them do all the troubleshooting and part swapping for you unless you have a friend or know of someone local who is willing to do it for you.
 
I tried doing what the other forum said and when I tapped it for a while, the sound changed to a deeper sound than the last, so I will keep trying that until the sound is inaudible, there seems to be air in the air/water cooler. (I don't really know)
 
sounds like a worn out bearing in the pump.

air bubbles wouldn't get magically into the pump when the PC was not unplugged and turned upside down while shaking it for 25 minutes.

i'd take a look at the temperature and maybe replace it in the near future.
 
No need to unplug fans. Just momentarily touch the center hub of each fan one at a time. Touching the center hub will change the rotation speed and the sound/pitch of the fan noise. If the sound does not change, that fan is good.
 
Then you need to isolate the noise. It may be coming from the PSU, a drive, or the AiO impellor. You can try using a paper towel tube as a stethoscope.
