If you have any overclock I would reset everything to default.
If you start your computer and the first time you can game for example 30 min than it reboots and the next time is like 15 min then 5 min etc.
Its provable temperature related.
I would run Prime95 for like an hour that would test both CPU/RAM.
For the graphic card when they fail usually its either back screen or artifacting.
If you have GPU intermittent issue I would say that its either overheating or PSU affecting the GPU.
And not to overlook the simple things like driver related issues.

OP, go download and run HDD sentinel program and post screenshots for each hard disk here please
Edit:
maybe some part of your pc is badly overheating

actually nothing is overclocked
and the problem happens maybe 2 or 3 times a week
for a 10hours/day usage
so it did not happen everytime

I too would suspect the PSU.

Can you get hold of another PSU to swap in?

Bad cables or loose cables could also be a culprit.

i have another PSU Of Gigabyte but sports only 500watts i don't know if they enough for my build or no

also my current psu is modular and i have spare cables , but which cables i should replace ?
GPU 6-PINS ?

Any defective cables could cause a problem, even sata cables.

I would try the 500W PSU first, it should be OK to try, I doubt your system would ever pull more than 350W without OC.

dude im running 1070 strix Oc and 16gb ddr4 on 6700k with h75
and triple hdds with one ssd
i don't think 500watt is enough for this
and how do i know which cable i should replace ?

You dont know which cable, which is why I would start with the PSU.

I honestly think a good 500w supply will be fine in the short term, 1070s are not power hogs unless heavily OC'd.

Edit- after trying the PSU if that doesn't fix it then look at other possible culprits.

i'll try to replace it the next days
then i'll comeback with the result
but is there any program to bench or compress
like intel burn test and prime95 or so ?
and im also looking for a program who logs temps in a file

Sorry for double post but the logging is in the sensors screen, the tab is on the bottom right, disregard what I said about the report
