Computer stuck on graphics card start

I haven't used my pc in a while and when I came back to it today it was stuck on the graphics card boot. I tried removing it and reinstalling it properly but then it had a ram error which I fixed. Now it's stuck on booting again. I've been using this pc without issues for around half a year now. Since I can't even get into the bios I also cant Look at my specs
