Computer won't turn on after loose RAM

Memory Corsair XMS 4x 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 PC3 12800
Video Card(s) EVGA Geforce GTX 970 4GB
Power Supply Corsair TX650W PSU
Software Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
I had everything on my computer working fine. I went in one more time to check the cpu fan, plugged it back in, then plugged everything back in and tried to turn the computer on, nothing. I checked and a stick of RAM was loose. So I took it out, haven't replaced it yet. Tried again, nothing.

Reseat that lose stick of ram.
