Yes it is quite good(if you like AMD) and depending on what would you like to do on the computer my advice is to add another 2GB DDR2 stick to have a total of 4GB.I really don´t know if the power supply is going to work because of the 350w power it offers-these days you should buy a 500w power supply.I searched the Internet your for your VGA´s specs and I saw it is only 128bit and 1GB-even if it is DDR3 memory-I think you should look after a 256-bit one just because it won´t be able to deliver really effective transfer speeds-a 512mb/128bit videocard is ok but with 1gb you should look after some 256 bit bus.Take a look here also,it may help you choose a better VGA: www.gpureview.com www.systemrequirementslab.com ( http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest ) .The latter one is for you to check out what games is your computer going to run within this configuration.Overall,it is a good configuration

whats your budget ? its ok just put some more ram and anyother psu 350w will be ok but ive never heard of fortron so get a 400w corsair to have some headroom

That 7750 draws pover like 4 core phenom. If you could put new Athlon II get one of those.
