Hi everyone,
I know this may be a slightly specialist area so I expect not too many people will be able to help me on this, but I want to buy a decent PCI TV-card so which will allow me to connect my Wii to my PC.
I want to be able to take screenshots, so I can't use a VGA converter, and as my Wii uses a composite cable, I need something which has at least composite video in (and preferably audio in too). It doesn't need any bells and whilstles, just a card which can send a normal composite signal through my PC and onto the screen - no need for it to decode TV signals. Oh... and it can't lag!!! Obviously. And it needs to be cheap with reasonable quality.
Anyway, I know very little about this area, and although a few months ago there seemed to be plenty of cheap cards like this on ebuyer I can't seem to find one for under around £40 - one on ebay, which I think I'll go for if no one can find something better, but that one's still a little more than I'd like to pay. Less than £30 would be ideal - I know they used to sell in that price range. Any suggestions would be appreciated, and if anyone has one to sell I'll certainly be interested.
Thanks, Jimmy
