Hello, i was able to purchase the Master Air 624 stealth at an insanely good price adout 2-3 weeks before am5 cpus released, at that time i read that am4 coolers would be compatible with am5 cpu socket, well.. with release i found out that not all am4 coolers will be compatible with am5 but i thought.... ok ill just wait for an upgrade kit from coolermaster, after 3 month i contracted the coolermaster only to be informed that they wont make any am5 upgrade kit for MA624 stealth, witch i find stupid since its not a question of whether its possible or not to make a cooler like MA624 compatible with am5 socket, literly 2 day ago they announce the MA826 witch is simular and slightly more bulky than the MA624, now im thinking adout my options. After reading the manual i saw that the MA624 for the 2011 and 2011-3 sockets doesn't use the backplate provided by coolermaster but rather the backplate already on the motherboard, so i was thinking of trying something similar. After reasearching some more I have found that the screws that the cooler use for the 2011 and 2011-3 sockets are UNC #8-32, the am5 socket on the other hand require UNC #6-32 from what i was able to find out, researching some more i found out that coolermaster already have an am5 upgrade kit for the MA612 cooler witch make it compatible with am5 socket using the 603007160-GP upgrade kit and have the same type of screws (K type in the MA624 manual and A type in the upgeade kit) that the 2011 and 2011-3 socket is using but instead of UNC #8-32 they are UNC #6-32 in order to be compatible with am5 backplate, so the solution i arrived is to get my hands of the 603007160-GP upgrade kit that coolermaster released for MA612 stealth, use the UNC #6-32 (A type screws, from the upgrade kit) with the existing backplate of the motherboard in order to mount my MA624 stealth. Basicly i want to try install the MA624 with the same way i would install it in 2011 and 2011-3 sockets but with am5 upgrade kit for MA612 stealth . I would like to know what your thoughts are before i try doing all that, in order to avoid damaging something.
The Motherboard im using is MSI MEG X670E ACE

Sorry for my bad english :)
