Ooops, meant to write ≤20L.I don't think you could even fit an SFX PSU in a <2L case, that's straight up pico-atx/Dc-DC territory.
SFF these days runs to like 20L, with the stuff under 7L or so starting to require flex-atx. A lot of the size increases are due to ever larger GPUs, which means longer and wider cases, even if sandwhich formatted.
lol, 2L is tiny for regular components.
