Corsair SF750 750 W

I don't think you could even fit an SFX PSU in a <2L case, that's straight up pico-atx/Dc-DC territory.

SFF these days runs to like 20L, with the stuff under 7L or so starting to require flex-atx. A lot of the size increases are due to ever larger GPUs, which means longer and wider cases, even if sandwhich formatted.
Ooops, meant to write ≤20L.
lol, 2L is tiny for regular components.

My second PC is a mini-PC with 5,49L. It rocks a (shroud-modded) desktop 4070 and a 3700X (it can fit a 9800X3D obviously, but I don't need one).
For the PSU I have a modded 600W Flex-ATX PSU. It uses a small 40mm Noctua-Fan instead of the stock one, because of the noise. But since the fan is slower, the recommended powerusage is max 400W.

My 20L main-PC with NR200P had a full size 4090FE and a 280mm AIO or midsize aircooler. :D

But I had to switch to a 60L case for AM5, since there was no PCIe 5.0 µATX or ITX board with enough (3+) Sata-Ports for my drives at the time of building the PC.
I had to buy EPS12V and 24pin cable extensions to keep my SF750 SFX PSU. :D
