I can make it just like before so i want to know if they open the cpu.?
I already claim about my cpu i told them my cpi can't Overclock it and it's overheating i cant vet 4.7 out of it.

Intel give no guarantee of overclocking and failure to overclock is not a valid reason for warranty
If they decline the warranty you will probably have to pay return carriage for that CPU
