Cpu Power limit throttling.

My laptop which is a hp 15-bs015dx with a i5 7200u and a iGPU is power limiting alot when I'm doing a test like cinabench(typo). It doesn't power limit for about a minute then starts and the megahertz drops allot from 3092 to 2734 and and power usage of the cpu decreases when make the performance worse. Is there anything that I can do to stop it? And my laptops cpu doesn't thermal Throttle and the max Temps in a stress test is about 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

Increase the Turbo Time Limit in BIOS or with a software tool like Throttle Stop.

Not a laptop, it's a notebook.They thermal throttle, get a cooling pad or a real laptop by Sager/Eurocom.

At about 100 or 90 degrees ferenhight.

For the test to finish it takes about 12 minutes and would take less if did not power limit.

Well it is not thermal throttling. I looked at it with throttlestop and intel xtu and my laptop never thermal throttled.

I did that and it did not work but also I could not find that setting in the bios. I can't get to the advanced settings.

Are you sure your temperature units are correct?

No I ment the other unit for the max temp during a stress test so 85c. But on idle it is usually 95 Fahrenheit.
