Definitely not. There are games/genres that can be played with >150 ping, but competitive FPS like CS:GO is not one of them.
Even if you feel 'okay', you are just torturing yourself...

On a more serious note: any online shooter with >100 ping I would not recommend. Not just for you but generally.
