Hy my problem input lag Counter-Strike GO:
Var 0.7-0.9ms how to fix input lag??

New pc:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3d
RAMS: 2x8gb(KIT) Kingston FURY Beast 16GB DDR4 3200MHz KF432C16BBK2/16
Videocard: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4060 8gb OC
SSD:(IN WINDOWS AND 2 GAME): Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB
SSD2: Kingston 2000GB M.2 NVMe 2280 PCIe 4.0
HDD1: TOSHIBA DT01ACA100
HDD2: TOSHIBA DT01ACA050
Monitor: BenQ ZOWIE XL2566K 360 hz

The 0.7ms in netgraph is normal. How do you know you have input lag?
beacause 0.1 ms 360hz monitor 4060 and ryzen 7 5800x3d and fps cap 500 an drop 460 fps?? and run spawn to site drop 500 fps to 460.
Or fps_max 0 650 fps and???

I have a better PC than yours and it still drops to 300. Some maps like de_cache it drops even to 100 on competitive.

CS:GO is a game from 2012 and its not optimized for today's standards. Wait for CS 2 that suppose to launch in upcoming months.

Var isn't input lag, it's the different between the frame you are currently on vs the server. 0.7ms is pretty normal.

0.1 ms is the figure your monitor advertises, there isn't a single monitor on the market that actually achieves that. The Viper 8K has a click latency of 2.1 ms and a startup delay (time it takes from when you starting moving your hand until the mouse registers movement) of 11.2ms. Most people I know with the 8K prefer setting it to 4K as consistency takes a hit when set to 8K.

I'm not a CSGO pro but there are many other factors aside from your gear that can impact that and there is no guarantee you can get it lower. You should ask this question in a CSGO competitive forum as lowering it further, if possible, will require specific knowledge. Of all the guides I've seen, typically people are lowering their var value from 32ms to 0.8ms as a best case scenario. Most likely your 5800X3D allows you to get a bit lower.

That value just means how much a frame takes in milliseconds, if your game is running at 400+ fps that value is normal. FPS means frame/second, if you divide the FPS by 1000 you are going to get that "var" value. For example 100 FPS means 100/1000 = 0.01 seconds per frame or 10ms.

Also 0.7ms is like less than 1000th of a second my man.

AND WHY IS IT IF I HAVE 700 FPS BUT I REDUCE IT TO 500, THEN IT SOMETIMES DROP TO 370-90..

Doubt it? I think they added multi-threading back in the source days........
I stopped really playing after Source. Skins ruined TF2 and now it's infected CS as well. Sad times we live in.

It's generally better to use a FPS cap of 400 in CSGO. Pro gamers like s1mple use it like that. Code word: variation.

Same same.

Its a game played over the internet. You're not always getting the same load, sometimes the game waits for information, ping varies, etc etc etc etc

You worry too much, none of this is going to improve your play, if you want the best conditions to play, cap your FPS lower, at like 300, so your FPS drops are vastly reduced. Framerate stability is what you want. Not the super duper highest fps you can spit out. It doesn't gain you anything. If you want to make sure you're always giving the game all resources your PC has, make sure the GPU doesn't clock down by forcing maximum clocks; Nvidia low latency will do this for example, alongside optimal performance settings.

If it's limited to 300 fps, it's like the game is stuttering.

My observations are as follows

1. If I turn on Vsync, the game is quite smooth, I believe there is spray, it's very good, I tried this by lowering the fps to 356,357,358,359,360, it's like input lag, even though Dyac+ is on and Low Latency: Ultra , I tried these on many different images, according to all possibilities.

2. If I turn on Gsync and limit my fps to 356,357,358,359,360, the game is not fast at all, in fact, in point 1, if I turned on vsync, it was so good, spray etc:
There is nothing here (no input delay with the mouse)

3. If I turn on Gsync + Vsync, it's the same as if I just turn on G-sync, bad faith, spay, movement, the game is not fast (no input delay with the mouse)

4. If G-sync and V-sync are turned off and Dyac+ is turned on, it's still bad: spray, move, (but there is no input delay with the mouse)

5. If G-sync is turned on, it is like: bad faith, spray, motion, (however, there is no input delay here either)

Why is this? and how to find out what causes this error, the HPET is now switched off.

You can only do these things:

- don't use vsync it introduces input lag
- don't use gsync, as it's also not helpful - it's something no competitive player uses
- use 400 fps limit like the pros do
- dyac or strobing isn't needed either, it's down to taste, I personally like it
- be sure to deactivate background applications that use too many resources.

generally I think you're overreacting and reading the net_graph infos wrong. I don't think your PC really has a issue.

Well, if I limit it to 400, it jumps down to 340-370 and I have 600-700 fps, so for some reason I can't believe it, if I think the game is quite slow, if I turn on the Use 3d application in vertical sync in the NVida control point, then maybe the game is faster, but believe it or not it's so bad

of course it's bad, vsync is unsuitable for competitive games due to (minimal) input lag. But the old source 1 engine is quite sensitive. Also there is placebo effect, don't forget about that.

It hasn't been like this in a long time, Well, it's interesting, and other fps games have this too

Unfortunately it's hard to reproduce your problem, seems to be something which I have to experience myself (at your PC).
