120 fps all the way, right?

Well no, after a bit it dips: 70, 50, 30, 20, 10.

When I exit the game, Windows informs me that there was an error and "search for solution and close" or just close.

I tried with SLI disabled, same shit.

Can someone help me please?

Thanks

you could try changing the name of it's .exe file so it will load with a different SLI profile that has been shown to help with some games such as Crysis so it would be worth a shot, one name I remember offhand is FEAR.exe so perhaps thats worth a try?

It's built on the Source engine. And as I reported, it does the same thing with SLI disabled.

the game is 5-6 years old now did you get it from steam?

What OS are you on? If Vista/7, have you tried compatibility mode? I don't have the game so I don't know if it'll fix anything, but it might work.

EDIT: I have a totally different setup than you, but I'm downloading the demo atm so we can decide if it's drivers or the game. And I know the demo is not the same, but whatevs.

Yep, from Steam. Someone told me it was a bit like Oblivion and I felt like something TES-like before BF3 to whet my appetite for Skyrim.

Wait, my girl is playing on a similar rig but using the 285.xx drivers... Gonna load them up, BF3 is right around the corner anyway now. The 285 were giving me trouble with Deus Ex but I'm done with it for now.

hope it fixes it then, been thinking about picking it up myself, I was all gung ho for it back in the day then I totally missed the launch and forgot about it. Can't remeber what came out that distracted me now.

Just played the demo a couple of times and it's all peaches here.

It's built on the Source engine and the physics are totally great. Combat is like Oblivion, but much improved: you can throw things at your enemies, use the environment on them like kicking them into a fire, or on sharp spikes, or bringing down shelves on them, etc.

The metascore is only 72/100 but the (IMO much more reliable) user score is 88/100.... Here: http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/dark-messiah-of-might-and-magic

Very much worth playing IMO.
