I don't think I have the Prescott, but pretty sure I have a dual channel set of DDR2. It would be 8 gigs/dual 4 gig.

Let me dig in my DDR2 box over the weekend and I'll see what exactly I have.

Ram has been figured out. I’d be over the moon for a Pentium 4 Extreme Edition but a 560J 3.6Ghz would do just fine. Let me know what anyone has lying in storage!! Thanks. I’ll be building up a Foxconn 925XE beast
