When overcloking, if we put the Fsb up, the memory goes up the same amount of mhz, if the memory after upping the FSB upps to 400mhz, does it means that it is DDR2 800?
 
Yup...200Mhz is DDR(2)400. You just double it. So yes, 400Mhz would be DDR(2) 800. DDR is Double Data Ratem if you didn't know.
 
Unless if the FSB doesn't have the same speed as memory, ie when you have a divider between the FSB and memory speed.
 
I doesn't have a divider, but my memory overclocks very well it got more 90mhz than stock, how much voltage can i put into them?
And my FSB is at 278mhz an my memory at 356mhz
