my first impression is that ddr3 2000 is not worth the price, however i am looking for reasons why. any help?

im not very knowledgable in the computer department (but hey we all need to learn :))

but i think that ddr3 2000 would be a good investment because its faster than ddr1 and ddr2 and it will perform better (if my logic isnt flawed)

hope i was of any help m8!

yes, but would you pay $300-600 for it ?

not at this time, but if someone would pay that much then it woudl be a great investment :)

Wait it out dude. If you really want ddr3 go for something in the 1500 - 1700 speed. Then overclock it. Just my 2 cents.
