The difference between them is not much and from 8GB to 16GB is just $20.

But, which one is better?.

Unless you are planning on running nothing but benchmarks, it really doesn't matter between the two. Real world performance would be so minuscule that if it were me and I was pinching pennies, I would go for the cheaper. On a technical level, I would go for the C13 2133MHz as you can always overclock.

There is no easy answer unless we know what your doing.. 8GB of ram is perfectly fine for someone that uses a pc for gaming and multimedia so you could save money there unless you need that much ram for 3 monitors and editing etc..
Other than that I would say to get the cheaper one.. set it to 1866-2133mhz and get the latency as low as you can. I would prob choose 1866mhz and those sticks would do that at C12 easy and that sucks haha ask us about kits with better timing..

The easiet answer is dont buy Corsair, go for G.Skill instead.

Hmm, I upgraded my 2 laptops with corsair memory, 1 time a bad stick but got replaced, whats wrong with corsair?
Corsair has lifetime warranty like any other memory manufacturer.

Any set will do, as long as they are on your motherboard memory compatibility list, you should check that before buying.

neither is better. thy are likely the same thing, with near identical performance. As suggested, some user report issue with BIOS compatibility with Corsair DDR4 (more than is normal), so be sure the memory is on your board's QVL list (although 2400 MHz is rather slow for DDR4, 3000-3200 MHz is where real performance benefit of DDR4 begins)
