If you google 24-pin connector pinout, you will see your clearly is NOT standard. No surprise since Dell is notorious for using proprietary supplies.

What you can do is get yourself a PSU Tester. With these, you can test the supply without worrying about damaging a motherboard.

If you want to use those Dell workstation supplies, you will need to use a proprietary, compatible, Dell PSU.

To be exact I’m trying to make a normal PSU compatible with this T7810 motherboard (by modding the PSU)
My PSU is Fantech Shadow PSB 550
Added DC-DC booster for the 5vsb wire to make it 12vsb

You're going to short or cause a fire. Just search a proper COMPATIBLE replacement.

there are "adapters" to Dell MB. I have old Optiplex 3020 (don't remember but it's Haswell H81 chipset so Intel 4 gen CPUs), and I've seen "adapters" for standard PSUs to its MB if I ever need it. Maybe for your model there are exist same things. Try Aliexpress or eBay.
No need for any "inverters" or "boosters" extra for god sake, lol

Or ATXPowerSupplies.com. Note that link just goes to an example. You need to verify compatibility before buying.

I do NOT recommend modifying the connectors yourself by cutting, splicing and moving wires.

Because we are talking about low voltage DC (+12V maximum) I would not be worried about fires. But certainly shorts are possible resulting in permanently damaged components, including CPUs, GPUs, RAM modules, chipsets, drives, and/or the motherboard - not to mention the PSU itself.

I have searched a lot for adapters but unfortunately there is no single one available for Dell T7810 that’s why I’m trying to mod the PSU

There are tons of units on the used market. Too many to justify you using that junk power supply that you're trying to use. (no name, bronze, etc)

You're going to find it hard for anyone with common sense to help.

I know that there is a lot of available OEM PSUs online but the issue is the shipping because there is no direct shipping to my country that'swhy I can’t buy it and even if I use some sites like myUS to ship it to my country the shipping will cost more than the cost of the PSU

Pay extra shipping or use a junk unit, play electrician without knowing what is what, and nuke the workstation..

I think I know which one I'd do.

As I said before
I have about 30 pcs of this MB so I don’t care if I lost one of them if I had to sacrifice one of them
At least one will work that will be enough

When I read 'I have a lot of Dell T7810 workstations' I assumed you had the original power supplies.

Not efficient as other brands
I guarantee you that the Dell PSU is better quality than the supposedly Bronze-rated piece of shit you're intending to replace it with.

Compare the pin out on the Dell connector to a standard ATX power supply and remove and swap pins as required.
You will need to jump two extra +12V pins and remove others based on the diagrams.

Yeah, I sure would NOT rate Dell supplies as top-tier but I would definitely rate them higher than any no-name or off-brand generic.

And BTW, if you look here in the CLEARResult database (the official keeper of the 80 PLUS certification program), I see no Fantech PSU listed at all. That would make me question whether or not that 80 PLUS Bronze logo is truly authorized to be there.

That said, it must be noted that 80 PLUS certification is NOT an indication of quality, reliability, or any compliance with the ATX Form Factor standard. It is ONLY an indication of a relatively "flat" efficiency curve across a wide range of load levels - certainly important - but nothing conclusive in terms of quality.

The only thing I want right now is to get the system working with a standard PSU because as I said before : I can’t buy the original Dell PSU that’s why I want to mod the standard PSU

You would need to know the true pin-out configuration of the exact original PSU and compare that to the exact PSU you want to put in there. If you are not a qualified tech with the necessary test equipment, tools, and skills, then not sure what to suggest.

Do you know for a fact these motherboards even work? Do you have working RAM and CPUs to mount on them?

Without reading the thread, does adapters exist for that model? I've seen many cheap gaming PC builds on Youtube where they use old Dells, get an adapter and run those with a good quality standard ATX PSUs.
