Did Fallout 76 ever become a worthwhile game?

I once received a copy of Fallout 76 but after reading the absolutely abysmal reviews never bothered to install it. I've read now that the game got better and is about to come out with some free DLC. So did Fallout 76 ever get any better?

It's hard to believe Fallout 3 is now 14 years old...
 
I played it a fair bit. It's kinda ok imo specially if played with friends as i have.
 
Its a Fallout game, really. Not a particularly great one in terms of story, but the gameplay loop is there. Its not very buggy IMHO, but there's also nothing really new. The base building from 4 is in there and the world is a bit more 'alive' you could say even if the events that happen are the same every time.

The more interesting bit perhaps is that 'there is an endgame' which involves co op playing a dungeon of sorts after finding all the access keys. Weekly event if I remember correct. At the end you get to nuke a part of the wasteland :D

Truth be told though I did solo the whole thing so a lot of bugs may have been out of my reach.
 
I think the game is much better than when it launched that's for sure. It's okay overall, it got a bit pushy on the microtransactions lately. I have to say still impressed that they are still supporting the game with updates.

In my opinion, garbage. Just like 4. Fallout stopped being a title worth mentioning long ago.

I mean, Fallout in... actually Fallout. Old school titles had more value to the game. These are just children's cash grabs from Ubi.
