Different values of fillrate values

Why is there such a big difference between pixel fillrate and texture fillrate values between GPU-Z and the techpowerup page?

Good question. It looks like the ROP count is wrong in GPU-Z

Oh yeah! I didn't notice that.
Just now I also noticed the number of shader units is also wrongly detected by GPU-Z.
I also tried running the Bus Interface test, and it produced nothing. Is this normal for GPU-Z with IGPUs?
And if it cannot detect bus interface, how is it detecting the Bus Width and the Bandwidth?

And if it cannot detect bus interface
The bus interface "looks" like PCIe to software, but it is not, it's more like the IGP is an additional stop on the ring bus
