Have any of you guys that use Vista had a performance increase?
In 3dmark03, i got the same as XP.
Yet, just then, i ran the Counter Strike: Source stress test, and i got 150FPS. This is a huge leap from 120FPS I was getting with XP.
With XP, i would only get 150FPS when my conroe was @ 3Ghz, now its @ stock and its getting that!
Im gonna OC now and see how it goes.
Its odd as well, because in the settings menu (on CS:S), it thinks i have DirectX 9 as software, yet im in Vista, so its DX10.
