Oh no!
How do you know the cable and monitor are fine?
Moving the GPU might help, or it might do nothing...
It might be time to go back to basics. Try to isolate things and see what IS working.
You might remove ALL devices attached - try no GPU, no SSD, 1 RAM stick and nothing else. Then try the other RAM stick.
If that doesn't work you might need a shop of a friend with working parts to test.
Otherwise keep adding your components back until you find the culprit.
Good luck!

thanks for replying, i will do step by step as u have suggested, i am worried if i change the gpu slot some damage might happen....
lets see what happens without a gpu first, i remember that the i5 i have didnt have any onboard display. i mean this was something i remember when i was purchasing this processor. i will try all of it
thanks

ALSO, i know cable and monitor is fine coz i tested them on another pc that i have, we were about to play a LAN game (me n my gf), but one pc is not showing anything :(

the pc doesnt show any display if i remove gpu coz i think theres no onboard display card.

This could also be a flat CMOS battery (CR2032, easy to replace) corrupting BIOS settings, and removing the RAM stick caused the BIOS to reset to defaults for next boot due to hardware change

If removing the power cord from the PC for 5 minutes causes the next boot to fail, its likely the battery

could also be a failing PSU, that needs to warm up before it works

we have no easy fast answers here for you dude, you're gunna have to slowly collect information and narrow it down (WITHOUT making assumptions)

shops here are not so reliable, thats y i wana wait as much as possible
Have them plug a psu and have it booted several times.

Or just go buy 1 then, your options are limited.

A power strip or bad outlet power can cause this too

so they want you to drop it off so they can diagnose it? like every repair shop of every industry in the entire world? (computers, motor vehicles, house hold appliances etc etc) good luck finding someone or shop who is willing to let you stand there hovering over their shoulders as they do their job because you don't trust them. if you don't trust a particular store or person that's understandable, don't do business with them....but you're going to sound like a paranoid conspiracy theorist if you insist to these folks you need to oversee the whole thing because you think they're going to scam you changing out parts without your permission/knowledge. that's not how most places do business FYI

Guess you're poop outta luck then

They do that because you're not the only 1 getting their pc repaired.

The basic situation is that with the fans revving up and no display, and the fans not spinning back down means the system is failing to POST

That means it doesnt have the bare minimum to function, and literally anything could be faulty or missing... it may take time for a tech to figure out, or mere seconds for a loose cable

And besides it is better for a shop to do it because they have the resources to be able to try parts. Trying to intangibly diagnose a problem is just guessing at this rate
