Display overlay feature?

Hi.

I remember a while ago having an option to change an overlay in my cards settings that would change the appearance of things in games. Like you can turn it to "black and white" and the whole game would be black and white. There where some other ones too... Like negative color... Anyway, I can't find that feature anymore. Did it get taken out in newer CCC updates or did I unknowningly do something to remove it? How can I get it back?

I guess "how can I get it back" is a little sketchy... How about, can any of you still use the feature? Or, is there a seperate program that would do something like it? Or any info on this at all would be helpfull...
