division 2 constant crashing (PC)

Hi everyone don't know if this is the right place to post this but as of yesterday I have had constant crashes running both division 2 and obs i have tried it with other games like bfv and dark souls yet no issues there. i was able to stream fine i also have throttle stop enabled but that was not an issue prior to yesterday. I can run the division 2 but not at the same time as obs if any info is needed i will get it right away thank you .

i7 9750h
rtx 2060
samsung evo 860 1tb
16 gb of ram

this is a lenovo y540 laptop

Turn off overlay and try DX11 if you're not already on it.

i have turned off overlay and using dx11 i can run the game just fine but when i try to use obs to stream on twitch the game just crashes i was able to have both open before.
