I am looking into a controller card and 3-4 drives to put into a raid array. Does the extra cache on the drives really matter if the controller has a 256mb cache itself? I dont know much about harddrives. Thanks.

Any info? I am reading that the 32mb Seagates are junk anyway. Would 3x 32mb make a difference over 3 x 16 mb drives with a 256mb controller card?
