Does anybody know anything about the Thermalright tl-b12 extrem lcp fan?

I've recently found the Thermalright tl-b12 extreme lcp on Ali while searching for a good fan, and it seems like it's an improved variant of the previous tl-b12 extrem fan, which wasn't very good according to reviews. I haven't found any relevant info or reviews on this new fan, so I have to ask here if anybody knows anything about it or owns one. If anybody owns one, how is its noise and vibration? Also I've found Bykski cf-ap3000ex-x, which seems quite interesting but there's absolutely no info on that. Does anybody know anything about it?

I've heard about Bykski fans, that they where decent quality. But like any manufacturer, have several different types of fans, and fan blades, different RPMs for certain needs.

Sorry don't have first hand experience with either of the fans you've mentioned though. Maybe someone here might.
