When I make screenshots or downloaded photos full screen, their edges are surrounded by black bars.
I haven't updated or anything, how can I fix this?

I'm pretty sure that is the normal behavior of the included photo viewer.....it's always behaved like that for me.

Quick google search confirms this. please use google first next time, as you will see you're typically not the only person with the issue or complaint. this appears to be an intentional design decision that users have tried for years to change through requests to Microsoft to handle it differently but seeing it has gone on so long, don't hold your breath it will ever change

i have the same issue.
and i can say that was NOT like this before. it is just like this since around a couple months.

Thank you very much for your comments. I have to control myself about this.
