Hello, my setup is
i5 - 10400f
MOBO Gigabyte B460M DS3H
16 GB RAM Corsair
PSU 600 W Silentium PC
SSD M2 PCIE Hard drive 1 TB

Do you guys have any idea what my problem can concern ? System always double boot, no any special sound or beep, just turn on fans turn off turn on and straight to windows 10 welcome screen. My point is get to BIOS, I tried turn off fast boot in windows 10, try go to boot via gigabyte software, etc. My only succesful attempt was to remove hard drive, mess around with usb - insert just mouse and keyboard in proper slots, after I sucessfuly entered BIOS I could do it afterwards for a few times. Just checked right now to see BIOS settings and I can't do that anymore, no matter that I left just mouse and keyboard as usb. I don't want to remove my hard drive every time I want to enter BIOS. MOBO has two BIOSES, as far as I know, my graphic card is connected via HDMI if that changes anything. Do you have any ideas ?

you need to hit the delete button soon as it starts the boot process, if you can turn on splash screen so you know. its booting so fast it doesn't see you trying to enter is all.

Tried it as well, no result

I have no idea why this is happening, only thing I did in BIOS was turn on XMP profile to little higher frequencies, but it happened before it

Also I just checked - my mobo doesn't support my m2 hard drive
PNY 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe XLR8 CS3030
could it have impact on this situation ?

Maybe you enabled fast boot in BIOS at some point?
Anyway you can boot into BIOS by restarting from Win10.

Step 1. Access your Windows settings

Navigate to your Windows start menu and select “Settings” located on the left panel. You can also access your Windows setting by using Windows shortcut keys Windows + I.

Step 2. Select “Update & security”

Within this window, you may need to scroll down to find the “Update & security” button.

Step 3. Select “Recovery"

Step 4. Click “Restart now”

Under “Advanced startup” you will see a “Restart now” button that allows you to reboot your PC for configuration or restoration.

After your PC boots back up, you will be met with a special menu that gives you the option to “Use a device,” “Continue,” “Turn off your PC,” or “Troubleshoot.”

Step 5. Select “Troubleshoot”

Within this window, select “Advanced options” then select “UEFI Firmware Settings.” This will allow you to enter BIOS on your Windows 10 PC.

Step 6. Confirm your restart

Code:
shutdown.exe /r /fw /t 1

The command is part of Windows.
Copy and paste into a CLI or make a .BAT file

StefanM no renault as well. I dont know what it about... Maybe its about that M2 drive I plugged some cables on wrong spots?, Although computer works fine under high stress, no any specific disturbing symptoms

No result*

I just remembered to have given this answer earlier to another troubled user.

He had to remove hard drive as well, so it's not a unique problem.

You are right that's the same issue. My GPU was also used just for one or two days but still. My best guess is that my M2 NVME drive doesnt fully cooperate with main board and that make issue :((

Solved - cause was HDMI cable, it was malfunctioning and not giving obvious reasons that was it. Sorry for wasting your and my time :/
yeah the cable, it's annoying when you when everything just to find that the cable that messing everything up
