Hello, i've realized than when ERP S4+S5 is activated, my pc "double boot" is that normal?

Yeap that's how it works, at least on Asus motherboards.

I was hoping this might fix my issue with double booting with an NZXT Motherboard, but disabling all sleep settings has not helped.
I guess I can live with it as it only adds a few seconds to boot up.
 
Have the same issue with my Z390-E gaming, also with a 9900k at 5ghz. I enabled ErP because I sleep in the same room as my pc, so I don't want the rgb lights on.

Good to know that this is what is causing the issue!

Also seems indeed that this only applies to ASUS motherboards - interesting!
