I need to store a 40GB file but no free cloud service does this, what do you recommend doing for free or spending very little money?

You could use 7zip (is free) to split the file into more manageable chunks for online storage. If the file is not compressible then use compression level 0 (store).

Terabox was the only one that accepts 1TB so I tried to upload a 28.9 GB .bin file and I couldn't. It asks me to pay for the plan, I don't know how to divide this .bin image, I have Winrar on my PC but I don't know how to divide it without corrupting it. nothing help me

At the moment I am unable to buy physical media, I would like to upload it to a free, reliable and safe service. In the future, I will transfer the file to physical media

You’re still limited by the expiration period of all these free services, though. If your file isn’t downloaded in some period of time then you can’t access it afterwards.

No DVD or BluRay Burner? I’d just buy a cheap used hard drive if you can’t afford a usb drive or SSD. Still, they’re dirt cheap these days.

A flash drive that can hold 40GB (and then some) is literally less than 5 bucks. If it's not too personal, what's stopping you?
