doubts with catalyst 6.6 SoftMod 9500@9700

At home I have a 9500 non pro with L memory, now with Rivatuner I have "softmodded" catalyst 6.6 and it shows "256-bit R300 (4pp)" while in passed the writing was "256-bit R300 (8x1)". Are the pipelines 8 activated with catalyst 6.6? Is there other method to check it? Sorry for my poor english, thank you

Why dont you use omega drivers, based on catalyst 6.5 from here http://www.omegadrivers.net/
And you cancheck if you hawe 8pipes active with Atitool 0.24.
